The integrated paper clamp allows you to hold your paper in place while keeping your fingers from touching your project and potentially smudging it. The base has printed precision 1/16-inch scale and 1/4-inch by 1-inch grid. While rubberized feet on the base protect your work surface and maintain stability, the Portable Rotary Paper Trimmer’s swing out arm allows you to extend the base to measuring paper up to a full 15-1/4-inch.
